"It is truly a unique experience to share the wilderness with its inhabitants. When we venture into the Rocky Mountains, we are guests of mountain lions, bears, elk, moose, deer and hundreds of other wild animals. Crossing Cameron Pass one January morning we spotted a herd (perhaps 30 – 40) big horn sheep laying in a meadow. One sturdy and rugged fellow got to his feet to keep an eye on me while I captured dozens of images of the troupe. " |
